✰ Ears: Approx 4" (11cm) long. Soft and plush, lightweight. They sit on a HIGHLY flexible headband that fits both adults and kids ages 5 and up.
Crown approx 4” tall
✰ Horn: Soft and Plush. Approx 8” long, worn using a separate elastic band

✰ I cannot guarantee any third-party shipping estimates, although they are usually accurate. Upgrading to faster shipping does NOT mean it will ship sooner (I still need to make it!), it means the transit time is faster and will include extra insurance. Please make sure you confirm your delivery estimate before ordering.
✰ Free US shipping will be shipped using standard 3-6 day USPS Ground Advantage mail. Optional Priority shipping upgrades are available at checkout. If you need your item urgently we encourage you to upgrade your shipping.
✰ Tracking is included with all orders.
✰ Priority Upgrade: Priority includes damage/loss insurance and is faster than ground advantage mail.
✰ Express Upgrade: (usually 1-2 day transit time) The fastest available shipping speed.
✰ International Customers ✰
There is an additional charge for international mail. International shipping can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks, or longer, depending on how far it’s going and whether customs delays it. I would strongly encourage you to order far ahead of time, if you have a deadline, because I absolutely will not guarantee delivery by any specific date. We have optional international mail upgrades, but those are also not guaranteed, although they are much faster.
Customs or import taxes are the responsibility of you, the buyer. They are a tax charged to you by your own country.

☟ RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ☟
✰ Request cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. After that will be a case by case basis.
✰ We accept returns on certain merchandise under specific circumstances. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Fursuit items such as tails and ears made with faux fur are not returnable. Downloadable patterns are not returnable as they are digital items.
For all other items, if an item has more than one customization (such as more than one color, style or size) it cannot be returned. If an item has only one customization option, or it is not a custom item it can be returned clean and unused and it MUST be requested and postmarked within 7 days of delivery (according to tracking).
✰ All Halloween orders are final. I do not accept returns on any orders placed in October that arrived before the 24th, no exceptions.
